Candor Technology Inc. Infrastructure Alerting Terms and Conditions

Please read these terms and conditions carefully. By providing your mobile phone number and opting into the Candor Technology, Inc., hereby known as "Candor", SMS Alerting program ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

1. Service Description

The Service provides subscribers with alerting related to the health of candor core infrastructure directly to their mobile phone.

2. Consent and Opt-In

By providing your mobile number to Candor, you consent to receive automated and non-automated transactional text messages from us.

3. Message Frequency

Message frequency will vary depending on the health status related to the infrastructure. When the infrastructure is performing as expected, you will receive no messages. When the infrastructure is in an unhealthy status (e.g., memory or CPU resource overconsumption or service crashes), you may receive notifications every 30 minutes.

4. How to Opt-Out

You can opt-out of the Service at any time. To stop receiving messages, text STOP. You will receive a one-time confirmation text message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you wish to join again, email infosec@candortechnology.com describing your use case.

5. How to Get Help

If you are experiencing any issues with the service, you can get help directly by texting HELP. You can also get support by emailing infosec@candortechnology.com.

6. Cost and Carrier Information

Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Candor Technology, Inc. is not responsible for any charges from your mobile carrier. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

Participating carriers include AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, and other major carriers.

7. Privacy Policy

We respect your right to privacy. We do not share your personal information with any partners.

8. Limitation of Liability

Candor will not be liable for any delays or failures in the receipt of any SMS messages connected with this Service. Delivery of SMS messages is subject to effective transmission from your wireless service provider/network operator and is outside of our control.

9. Changes to Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. However, our core commitment to not sharing your personal information will not change. Any changes will be communicated to you via text message with a provided link to opt-out. We encourage you to review these terms periodically.
